When Jess enters the battlefield counter target
spell, then that spells controller reveals cards
from the top until they reveal a card that shares
a type with the countered spell, exile that card,
then that player puts the revealed cards on the
bottom of their library in a random order, that
player casts the exiled spell without paying its
mana cost.
