Jesse, Vengeful Soldier has protection from the
last player to deal combat damage to it's owner
and all creatures that player controls.
Jesse, Vengeful Soldier attacks each turn if able,
may only attack if an opponent dealt combat
damage to it's owner since it's owner's last turn,
and must attack the last player to deal combat
damage to it's owner.
