Jester Convergence

Whenever a player casts a Jester Permanent Spell,
each other player may put a Jester Permanent
from their Hand onto the Battlefield or create a
token copy of target Jester Permanent.

At the beginning of each upkeep, if every player
controlls the same amount of Jester Permanents,
all players win the Game.
