+1: Each opponent puts the top two cards of their library into their graveyard. Then you may return a Toon card from your graveyard to your hand.
-3: Gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap it. It becomes a Toon in addition to its other types and gains haste until end of turn.
-7: You get an emblem with "At the beginning of your upkeep, you may cast a Toon spell from your hand or graveyard without paying its mana cost."
