+2: Target player draws a card then discards a card at random, they take damage equal to the discarded card's mana cost.
-2: Look at the top three cards of an opponent's library. Put two of them into their graveyard and one of them into their hand.
-9: Target player discards their hand. Return X cards from your graveyard to your hand where X were the amount of cards discarded this way.
