Jester's Robes

When Jester's Robes enters the battlefield, exile
the top card of each opponent's library face-down.
You may look at cards exiled with Jester's Robes.
{4}, {t}: Choose a card exiled with Jester's Robes
and a card name. That card's owner guesses
whether the exiled card has that name. If they
guessed correctly, put that card into their hand.
If they guessed wrong, you may play that card
without paying its mana cost, then that player
exiles the top card of their library face-down.
