Jethro the Hanged Knight

Whenever a Jethro deals damage to an opponent,
that player discards a card. If that card is a
creature or artifact card, create a treasure token. Otherwise, draw a card. Then, if Jethro has a
counter on them, you may play the discarded
card from your opponents graveyard without
paying it's mana cost. When you do, you lose life
equal to it's mana value.
