Jevil can do anything. (It can always attack,
block, be blocked, activate its abilities, be cast,
be countered, be destroyed, be regenerated, be
targeted, have a given ability, have its damage
prevented, deal damage, be made a wall by
Artificial Evolution, be cast, have +1/+1
counters put on it, etc. It's still not a player.)
