jevil's "trickery" cage

when this enters the battlefield choose 1:
-choose a creature type, creatures of chosen
type can't attack or block
-creatures with attack (choose number) or
lower can't attack or block (choose 1)
-creatures with toughness (choose number)
or lower can't attack or block (choose 1)
why not?, i can do ANYTHING
