When you cast an Instant or Sorcery spell, use an activated or triggered ability of another permanent you control, put a Virtuoso counter on Jhin, The Virtuoso.

Remove 3 Virtuoso counters: Put a Lotus counter on any permanent and deal 2 damage to any player or Planeswalker.

(A permanent with a Lotus counter will not be able to attack, block, or use an activated or triggered ability. All Lotus counters are removed at the of the end next endstep)
