As long as a spell is on the stack, Jhoira, Temporal Tinkerer has hexproof and indestructible.
Whenever a player casts a spell, if that spell was not cast from exile, exile it with a number of time counters equal to its converted mana cost. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend.
