Jigsaw, Engineer of Choice

When Jigsaw, Engineer of Choice attacks, each other player casts a vote, live or die. For each player who votes live, they create a blood token and Jigsaw deals 2 damage to them. For each player who votes die, they create a blood token and a clue token.
