Jinx, the Concealed Sorcerer

Whenever Jinx attacks exile the top 3 cards of
your library.
You may cast one of them without paying its
mana cost until the start of your next turn.
If you do, put the other cards on the bottom of
your library.
If not, put the exiled cards on top or bottom of
your library in any order you choose.
