Jinxed Ring-1/2

While wearing this ring, you can expend
one Hit Die at the end of a short rest. Roll
the die. You regain a number of spell slots
equal to half the number rolled, rounded
up, starting with the lowest level spell slot
expended. When you expend a Hit Die this
way, you can not do so to regain hit points.
