At the beginning of your upkeep, put a suicide
counter on target creature, then Proliferate.
Creatures with suicide counters have "{1}, {t}: This
creature deals damage to itself equal to the amount
of suicide counters it has. This ability can only be
activated by players other than its owner."

Whenever a creature dies by damage dealt by
itself, draw a card and deal 2 damage to each
opponent.
