Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery, you
may pay {x}. Mill X cards from the top of you
library. You may cast an instant or sorcery
milled this way without paying its mana cost as
long as its converted mana cost is X or less.
The party raged on, but Johann had not paid his due
to the Betrayer. If it were not obvious, making an
enemy of a God was a poor choice.
