Whenever a player plays a basic land, that player
may pay {g}{g}{g} or {6}. If they do, they draw cards equal to the number of basic lands they control. Otherwise, they draw a card.
Whenever a player plays a nonbasic land, you may
pay {r}{r}{r}. If you do, John Goblikon deals damage to each opponent equal to the number of basic lands you control. Otherwise, John Goblikon deals 1 damage to each opponent.
