Johnk's Blood Feast

At the beginning of your upkeep if you have one or fewer creatures in play under your control you may discard a creature card from your hand and pay X life where X is the toughness of that creature. Then put X 1/1 black and red Dreg creature tokens into play under your control that have "When this creature is put into a graveyard from play, if it wasn't sacrificed it's controller loses 1 life."
