Johnny's Hand Cannon

An ostentatiously decorated Dwarven Pistol with
the likeness of a dragon at the barrels end.
This weapon takes an action to fire and another
action to reload. A target beyond 20ft requires
the user to roll to hit with disadvantage.
This weapon can only fire standard ball-shot
pistol ammo and standard gunpowder. May
misfire when wet. Deals fire and bludgeoning
damage. May fire one shot at a time.
Roll 1d6 and 1d8 +2 for damage.
