Joined Limbo

Each player exiles the top three cards of his
or her library. Then, starting with you, each
player may cast a card exiled this way
without paying its mana cost. Repeat this
process until all cards exiled this way have
been casted or all players have refused to
cast a card exiled this way at least once.
