Joint Lock
Prerequisite: rolled a Surge during your Base Link OR the target is Grappled. You seize control of your opponent’s limb. Target must pass a Strength save (DC X) or become Restrained until the start of your next turn. If you roll a Surge, you can drag the target up to half your speed in any direction.{/color#ffffff}
