Joker, Agent of Chaos

All creatures have haste and can attack their controllers.
At the beginning of each combat step, goad
all non-Clown creatures (Goaded creatures attack if
able and must attack a player other than you).
If Joker becomes targeted, return him to your
hand, then play a card at random from your hand without paying it's mana cost.
