Commander, Joker gets +1/+1 and has
"Whenever you deal Combat Damage to a Player, Choose a Random card from that Player's Hand
and Exile it face down. For as long as you control
Joker you can look at the card and cast it using
any colors to pay it's casting cost.
When your Commander is on the Battlefield they
gain Flash.
