Jokul, the Liar

Whenever Jokul, the Liar enters the battlefield each opponent chooses left or right, then each opponent choose a permanent not owned by another player and passes the permanent to the chosen direction.
At the beginning of your next end step after jokul, the Liar entered the battlefield gain control of target permanent not owned by a target player.
