Jolad, the Avaricious

Whenever Jolad, the Avaricious deals combat damage to a creature put a greed counter on that creature, tap it.
Creatures with greed counters on them don't untap, unless its controller pays {x}. {x} is half that creatures power rounded up.
Whenever a creature with a greed counter that your opponent controls dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Jolad, the Avaricious.
