When you cast Jolly, The Sinless Fool flip X
coins. For each flip you win, Jolly enters with
a +1/1 counter on it. For each flip you lose,
each opponent creates a number of tapped Treasure tokens.

Whenever an opponent sacrifices a token they
lose 1 life and you gain 1 life.
