Statement Begins - Whenever you cast a card that
has been flashbacked, create a number of tape tokens equal to the cards mana value minus two. (Tape tokens have : {t}, sacrifice this artifact target creature gets -1/-1)

Statement Ends - Whenever you sacrifice a token cast a card from your graveyard that costs less or equal to the amount of tapes you have sacrificed this turn.
