-2: Scry 3 then draw 1. If you draw an instant or sorcery put a +1/+1 counter on any creature you control.
-8: Create an Emblem that says, Whenever you scry scry 1 more. When you draw that is not for your draw step add a +1/+1 counter to a creature.
