At the beginning of each end step, put a trauma counter on each creature with mana value 2 or less.
Whenever a creature dies, that creature deals damage equal to the number of age counters on it to its controller.
At the beginning of each upkeep, destroy all creatures with 4 or more age counters on them.
Aren't children just the best?
