-3: Search your library for a card named Fireball, Lightning bolt, Chaotic confluence, or Counterspell and put it into your hand and then shuffle.
-7: Roll a D20 and scry X (X is the rolled number, minumum 4). You may cast instants, sorceries, and up to 1 creature from the scryed cards.
