Jordan Easy on the pocketbook

At the beginning of your upkeep, each player
reveals the top card of their library.
For each opponent that reveals a cards that is
more expensive than your card in real life, deal
5 damage to that player. For each proxy revealed,
exile it with a scrooge counter.
You may play cards from exile with scrooge
counters. Spend mana as if it were mana of any
color to cast those spells.
