and two T-34's, if he dies, any creature who did any damage to him instantly dies. Can send one enemy creature to the gulag each turn, where they lose 2 health every turn until they die. Every creature in the gulag gives 1 free land to the player who owns Stalin every turn until they die.
Creatures in the gulag can't attack or Block and
can't use any abilities. Each turn Josef Stalin is in play you gain one free factory.
