Whenever an opponent casts a spell, activates a
non-mana abbility or attacks, you may give or
erase up to two maffia points to/from that player.
Spells that target the opponent with the lowest
amount of maffia points cast by a player other
than them cost {2} less to cast.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if an opponent
has more maffia points than any other opponent,
you and that player each draw two cards.
