At the beginning of your upkeep draw a
card. If that card was a land, gain 1 life, if it
was a snowy land, gain 2 life, otherwise lose
1 life.
At the beginning of your end step, if you
have 30 or more life, draw a card. You may
play that card without paying it's mana cost.
