At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player chooses Strength or Numbers.
If that players chooses Strength, that player skips their next combat phases and distribute three +1/+1 counters among any number of target creatures they control.
If that player chooses Numbers, that player creates a 2/2 white Valkyrie creature token with flying and vigilance.
