Whenever Joyous Citizen untaps, you may have it gain -1/-1 until end of turn. If you do not, it gains
an Addiction counter. (It gains -1/-0 for each Addiction counter on it. Whenever it untaps and
hasn't gained an Addiction counter since your last untap step, it loses an Addiction counter.)
