Whenever a player casts a spell that has a Gideon quote on it's flavor text, counter that spell unless that player loses 5 life and covers up the quote with a permanent marker because Judge Judy said so. You may not listen to Judge Judy so what she said does not interfere with the Magic, The Gathering rules.
