Judge of the Meek

When Judge of the Meek enters the battlefield, search your library for any number of creature cards with converted mana cost 1 and put them into your graveyard. Shuffle your library afterward.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, put exactly five creature cards with converted mana cost 1 from your graveyard onto the battlefield. If you can't, you lose the game.
