Judgement of Minos

For each {x} mana spent on the cast cost, target a creature:
If the creature is 3/3 or less, destroy them and
replace them with a 1/1 Minotaur Token with
Haste. If the creature is above 3/3 it must take 4 damage, then give them +4/+4 and Haste.
