Vigilance When Judgment & Balance enters the battlefield or attacks, you may tap up to five nonland permanents each player controls. You may choose not to untap permanents you control during your untap step. At the beginning of your end step, create a tapped Sand Artifact token for each tapped nonland permanent on the battlefield. Then, if fifty or more artifacts entered the battlefield under your control this turn, you win the game.
