Judgment bird

When Judgment bird enters the battlefield or attacks, each opponent gets a sin counter.
At the start of your upkeep the player with the
most sin counters takes {x} damage, where {x} is the number of sin counters they have.
Instead if all other players have the same
ammount of sin counters they take {x} damage,
where {x} is the number of sin counters they have.
