Judgment of Toleh

Each player adds up how many cards are in there hand, how many permanents they control, and their life total.
Each player creates 1/1 human soldiers equal to the difference between their number, and the highest number. (If you have the biggest number, you create nothing)
Fatefull Hour - Your number is zero if your life total is five or less.
