Juhyari Safekeeper

Whenever a creature you control phases out,
draw a card, if it's a creature, you may play it as
long as you have at least one more mana then
that creature's mana cost. Keep triggering this
ability until you don't draw a creature card or
don't have enough land.
Whenever Juhyari Safekeeper blocks combat
damage, target creature you control phases out.
