Whenever another creature enters the battlefield,
create a treasure token unless a player pays 2 life
to deal 2 damage to one of your opponents.
{r}{w},{t}, Discard a card: Exile target permanent.
Then you may have its owner shuffle it into their
library, reveal the top card of it and put it onto
the battlefield if its a permanent. If you dont,
draw a card and return that card to play under its
owner's control at end of turn.
Every chaos is someone elses order.
