as Julius is on the battlefield,
it has "Fetch {2}"
(To Fetch, throw the creature towards another battlefield from at least 50 cm. Gain control of
any nonland permanents it lands on until end of turn. The nonland permanents can not add up to higher than the fetcher's mana value.)
