Jungle Equilibrium

Whenever a land enters the battlefield tapped
and under your control, untap it.
At beginning of your upkeep, if an opponent
controls more lands than you, you may put a
land card from your hand onto the battlefield.
Historically, the forest where the Rift resides was the
site of several battles between summoners. The magic
has mutated the local wildlife. It has also attracted the
attention of powerful dragons.
