Jungle of the Meek

When Jungle of the Meek enters the battlefield, if you control the least amount of creatures and the creature with the least power, you may put a jungle shrine artifact token onto battlefield with "{t}: Add {u}{g} to your mana pool." Otherwise, Jungle of the Meek enters the tapped and when Jungle of the Meek enters the battlefield, sacrifice it unless you return a land you control to its owner's hand.
