Junko, Ultimate Despair

When this creature transforms into Junko,
Ultimate Despair, each player sacrifices a number
of permanents equal to the number of despair
counters they have. For each player, you may
put one of those permanent's onto the battlefield
under your control.
Whenever Junko, Ultimate despair would deal
combat damage to a player, instead put that
many despair counters on that player.
