When junkrat comes onto the battlefield tap target greature and deal 2 damage to it.
When Junkrat deals combat damage to a player he or she gets a Concussion Mine counter.
When Junkrat untap deal 3 damage to that player and exile Concossion Mine counter
When junkrat dies deal 3 damage to target creature or player.
