When you cast this spell, exile the top 15 cards of
each players library and put a dream counter on
each of them. This card enters the battlefield
with a +1/+1 counter on it for each creature card exiled this way.
This creature has the activated abilities of all
artifact cards in exile with dream counters on
them and all triggered abilities of enchantment
cards in exile with dream counters on them.
